Day Seven - Go public with your eating habits

Let your friends and family know about your diet. You are not as likely to eat foods that induce weight gain in public places with everyone watching.

Day Eight - Repeat

Measure again your shrinking waist. Repeat all steps. You're soon on your way a healthier you!
