As for the way I feel about it workout: It can be a good workout and not for beginners. The moves are tried and tested and effective but not too original and not to fun. It is my belief until this DVD will point most beginners screaming for the hills never to work out again. This is simply not the right workout for starters. Most in the moves can be difficult, and someone who is just needs to workout is not going to return to a work out that's way to a hardship on them and just no fun in any way. I have to ask Mr. Harper if this is really a beginner's workout then what constitutes and advanced figure out, leaping over buildings and sprinting so quick you pass trains. If you are intermediate level or higher and like a challenging body building workout go ahead and get this DVD, if you are just starting out i suggest you choose one of Leslie Sansone's 1 mile or 2 mile walk DVD's.
